The Kyuemon Ceramic filter is the perfect eco-friendly swap from paper filters. This filter can be used for coffee (both ground and instant), tea, wine and spirits.

The porous ceramic enhances the taste of coffee by removing bitterness while allowing the oils to pass through, resulting in a crystal clear coffee, and perhaps eliminating the need for extra sugar. For best results use coarse ground coffee.
